  No quality control. When the pizza is good, it is as good as any other Dominos. Unfortunately, it’s rarely good from this restaurant. Instead you’ll likely receive a nearly-raw pizza four times out of every five deliveries, or else there will be no sauce on the garlic pizza bread or on the pizza itself. We’ve stopped ordering after too many flabby, white, uncooked crusts. Delivery people have been nice, however: polite and professional, I rather wish they also made the pizza. Update: After our review about a year ago, we eventually gave this place another try and found there was some general improvement (eg, pizza was more often actually cooked—not ghostly white and floppy). We’re sorry to say, however, the quality control is lacking once again. Many nights where we preferentially wanted Dominos saw us instead order from elsewhere as a result. Such a shame—we love our Dominos when done well!

  Terrible service! Can’t believe the manager hang up on me!! Got a message that driver was on his way with my order at 18.02. Called at 18.52 as still no delivery. My brother’s order from VIP pizza, ordered at the same time, got here no problem. I was told that the pizza was returned to the shop because no one answered but no one called my phone nor rang my doorbell (there were 5 of us at home) and when I asked the manager to place my order again, he hang up! I called again to ask when I would be reimbursed and they said 5 to 7 working days… unprofessional and so disappointing that our family dinner was ruined as a result.

  Payd for cheese crust 2.50 but when it came there wasnt any and come on 18 quid for a pizza its ridiculous.
